Biography
Ravish has in-depth knowledge in Automotive and Engineering services. He began his work as a Product Designer and later held Managerial and technical positions before starting his entrepreneurial path to found FTD. His foresight, patience, and humility enabled FTD to maintain its emphasis on the engineering solutions market, growing from a small team of 2 employees to the robust organisation it is today. The organisation has undergone a transition as a result of continuing to be on the cutting edge of technology with new digitalization tools and methodologies.
Proven ability to direct the teams on technical and non-technical aspects as change agent, leader and communicator. Proficient in Requirement Analysis and understanding business Processes.
Chronology
2003 – 2009: Started his career as a Product Designer, where he worked with multiple companies and managed CAD projects. As a Team Lead, oversaw a team of Design Engineers and successfully delivered the projects in the timeline.
